Introducing Peoplebox Coupon Code

Peoplebox is a tool that tracks remote employee performance and engagement, helps you build OKRs, and supports more productive 1:1s.

Let’s start with the dashboard, which lines up metrics that matter and provides an overview of Employee Net Promoter Scores (eNPS), Manager Scores, and Drivers.

Advanced analytics and segmentation give you insight on exactly what needs to be improved, so you can focus on managerial development and rewarding great work.

It’s all right there for your convenience.

All that awesome dashboard info is built on honest feedback, too.

Peoplebox lets you run anonymous engagement surveys focused on remote teams, so you’ll always have up-to-date information.

Plus, speak with your team through anonymous messaging to get to the root of any problems without compromising the integrity of responses.

For sensitive subjects, it’s an even better alternative to face-to-face meetings (if you’re the one person who likes pineapple on pizza, your secret is safe).

Get ready for way more productive 1:1s with Peoplebox.

First, you can sync with your Google or Outlook calendar. That way, you’re not scrambling to get something together five minutes after the meeting was supposed to start (#whoops).

Plus, Peoplebox integrates with Slack, so you can keep track of your meetings without leaving your chats!

The Peoplebox platform lets you view all of your previous 1:1s with a single scroll and start the meeting with the previous week’s action items.

Plus, get suggested talking points for both manager and employee.

Peoplebox even allows you to peek at an employee’s productivity to see where potential hang ups might be.

So, what is our story? 📝

Well, it all started with a simple experience: people don’t leave bad companies, they leave bad managers. It was six years ago that I met Alagu, at a hyper-growth health-tech start-up. Both of us had tasted the highs and lows of start-up life, having incepted our first start-up by then. I did mine in Dublin, Ireland, and Alagu, in the Bay Area, backed by YC.

In less than 2.5 years, the health-tech start-up grew phenomenally from 250 to 3000 employees. We too progressed from being managers to managers managing managers to finally managing large distributed teams.

And however good the chaos sounded & looked, it left teams disengaged, and soon we saw the attrition rate spike up, eventually also affecting the company’s Glassdoor ratings!

We analyzed that the biggest miss in the rapidly-growing start-up was the lack of focus on building great managers. The company had everything, yet teams were unhappy because their managers weren’t equipped to lead the teams.

Witnessing these problems first-hand, we decided to quit and founded Peoplebox in late 2018 with a simple mission – Build an app that helps managers become great leaders. In other words, a manager first engagement & performance software.

Fast-forward to present. 📆

When COVID-19 hit, it ignited the world’s biggest work-from-home experiment ever, and accelerated the adoption of remote work by almost a decade! 👩‍💻

As more and more companies embraced remote work, it gave us our niche. We noticed a stark rise in the adoption of our product and realized the existing engagement & performance tools don’t address the key challenges that remote and distributed companies face.

We believe that to make remote work successful – there needs to be a product that solves for relationships (human connect), results and retention; which is as useful as Slack and Zoom for a remote team. That’s what we are aiming to build. We can summarize our product in two parts.

1. What we have built till today, which helps teams exchange feedback, have awesome 1:1s & build OKRs.

2. What we are currently building. The last three months of lockdown taught us that the biggest challenge remote companies face is the lack of human connection as well as onboarding of new employees.

And we aim at solving exactly these with our upcoming features, all of it will be available to everyone buying this Peoplebox Coupon Code ! 🙂 More about that in our product roadmap here

Unique Features and Clean UI

This is a different deal but I see valuable use cases. People box aims to improve your team communication with surveys, anonymous messages, and 1-o-1 meetings. It can be an alternative to Standubly in the feature.

They have features to create meetings but 1-o-1, and slack integration.

1 – Unique features. The last tool with this approach (Standuply) raised funds, and now it is a success
2 – Pretentious Roadmap with many new features
3 – Clean UI

– White-label and multi-language is not ready yet

First glance is great!

Great to have you guys here!

Signed up with 3 codes right away just because we are currently using the Zoho People module / surveys / spreadsheets and our own OKR module and stuff is all over the place.

This really will help us as managers to get our shit together and receive / give honest feedback and work on continuous improvement.

OKR is straight forward, missing some features that for example align board has (different kind of key result options there).

360 degree feedback or peer review system would make this one complete. At the moment it is mainly focused on 1on1 feedback but since the whole team would be there, why not include peer review or 360 degrees feedback the same way?

Roadmap looks great but everything seems to have been added in the last two weeks.

Will watch how this will go during the next 3-4 weeks. A must integration in my POV is Zapier in order to work with responses or action for different integrations.
