Yes, Agiled can be completely white-labeled. We support CNAME white labeling, you can use your custom domain with Agiled. You can also send emails from your own email account using a custom SMTP which can be easily set up.

Can I change the look and feel of Agiled?
Yes, you can use custom styling instead of our default style. You can customize the colors of Admin, Client, or Employee portal according to your business. If you know CSS you can change many things about the portal.

What are Email Templates?
Email templates help you completely customize the emails and notifications that are sent from your Agiled account to your Employees or Clients. Does Agiled have Integromat and Zapier Integration?
We understand that Integromat is widely used by AppSumo community so we have created Integrations with both Integromat and Zapier. Both are currently available by invite because they are under review by Zapier and Integromat Teams.
What Native Integrations does Agiled have?
Currently, Agiled has 12 native integrations and we are building more as we speak. We have integrations with some past Appsumo tools like SendFox, Freedcamp, Moosend, and Plutio. Lemlist integration will be released in a few days.
Other than that we have native Integrations with some major platforms like Freshbooks, ActiveCampaign, Automizy, Asana, Hubspot, Mailshake, and Timecamp.
While we have released these integrations, we know that there is always room for improvement, so our team is working on improving existing integrations along with bringing in new ones.

Does Agiled have Automations?
No, Agiled does not have automations right now but its already on our roadmap and we are inspired by Monday.com regarding automations but we might change that based on users’ feedback.
Does Agiled have an Open API?

Does Agiled support Webhooks?
Yes, Agiled supports custom webhooks. You can create a custom webhook for a specific event/trigger like lead creation and Agiled will send updates to the URL of your choice.
Can I create more than 1 Agiled account using Appsumo Codes?
Yes, you can, Let’s say you bought 20 Agiled codes. You can create 4 different accounts with 5 codes each Or 10 accounts with 2 Codes stacked on each account. It’s totally up to you we do not limit it. Or you may apply for our reseller program and stack all of your extra codes in your reseller portal.
Does Agiled have a Reseller Program?
Our reseller program is in initial stages but all of the Appsumo buyers can apply and become our resellers. Agiled’s reseller portal is under active development and will be released in a few weeks.
So you can apply for the reseller program at https://agiled.app/reseller-program and we will approve your reseller status after a quick review. Once your account is approved, you can log in to your reseller portal and stack all your additional codes there. Reseller portal will not have any other functionally yet as it’s in the development phase.
You can also stack additional codes in your admin account as many as you want and then you can talk to support to get your codes moved to your reseller account.

We faced some issues on the day of launch. Unfortunately, there was a small glitch in our email service vendor’s (SendGrid) system. That caused our email systems to fail. So users were not able to set up their accounts and also the ones who had signed up were getting errors on some actions. It was all fixed in the next 10-15 minutes but somehow it left a bad impression. We apologize for this to everyone.
We are receiving lovely feedback from the sumo-lings to improve our app and experience. We are trying to be as responsive at the support desk as possible. Though we are trying to make sure, not a single user face any issues while using the app, still, sometimes small issues creep in. So, we are 24/7 available at support to help with any issue faced by our users.

Can I manage multiple brands/businesses under one account?
Currently, you cannot manage multiple brands or businesses under one account but this feature is already on our roadmap and we will try to offer it as soon as possible. Billing will be different for each brand/workspace.
What currencies do you have in Agiled?

What languages do you support? And what languages are you going to add?
Currently, Agiled is available in 5 languages that include English, French, Russian, Portuguese, and Spanish.
We will add more languages based on user requests. Right now we are working to add Italian, German, Dutch, Turkish, and Polish.
What will be the difference between the Reseller account and the Multi-Brand feature?
In the Multi-Brand feature, you can manage your multiple businesses under one account with separate billing for each brand/workspace while in the Reseller account you will be able to create sub-accounts and resell them to your clients.
If you plan to manage multiple businesses/brands under one account, you can stack all the codes in your account and once we have multi-brand feature live, support can apply your codes to your different brands.
Can I move codes between the accounts?
Yes, you can. Just contact support and they will help you with this. This will be possible only if the quote of the code is unused. Like if you have two codes stack in your account but have just 5 employees and less than 100 GB used, in this case, the second code’s quote is unused. So we can move it.
Can I move codes to the reseller account?
Yes, you can move your codes stacked in your account to the reseller account. You will need to contact support for this and they will help.

I use SuiteDash at the moment, but i’m seriously thinking to switch to Agile.
Agile has a lot of potential, the software is still new and need improvements, i write some:
– circle messaging like in Suitedash;
– Mailpoet integration because they doesn’t have a newsletter system;
– improvements in the client portal section with the dashboard personalization, file request/upload section;
– possibility to upload files in chats and tickets;
I think that the success of Agile depends on their capacity to develop fast the improvements and the news features. If they do that, i think it’ll be one of the best software in the market because.

I have been using Agiled for the past few days, at first, I was quite hesitant to shift over and to move my projects, but I think I have found a perfect match for my needs.
Agiled is a super useful and straight forward tool and few features that I can’t find in any other Project Manager, well I should not call it Project Management at all as it is complete One Dashboard All-in-One Business Solution.
Few things need some polishing and a few features I felt missing, which again Agile team promised to add them ASAP. What more I could request if new features are just a request away?
While setting up the app, I came across SMTP issues which team fixed for me in no Tim even though it was 6 am on their side.
here are the key features I loved
1. The simplicity of UI – most convenient access I have every across for a Project Management software. Everything right in front of me or a few clicks away.
2. Powerful Role Management – I can simply manage my local and remote team from one place.
3. HRM and attendance features (clock-in and clock-out)
4. Proposals (though in beta but still I could design a lot with the tool)
5. Integromat and native integrations along with Zapier.
6. Even I can sync my projects from Freedcamp. (i am heavy Freedcamp user, so it is incredible. the team is continuously making it better
7. You can also sync other project boards: Freedcamp, Plutio, HubSpot.
Integromat, public API and Zapier also need some improvements but nothing major.
I look at this tool as my central Ticketing & Project Management as well Team management & Client plus Billing Management since I can bring-in data from multiple other sources which is quite impressive, I haven’t experienced such features in another PM/Business Dashboards.
Also Dedicated employee portal and easy time tracking is a win.
